Draw Obstacles, Magic Tools & Emotion Outcomes
Illustrate Die 3 with Obstacles (Storm, Lost Key, Dragon, Broken Bridge, Clock Ticking, Dark Cave), Die 4 with Tools (Compass, Wand, Ladder, Shield, Key, Balloon), Die 5 with Feelings, and Die 6 with Resolutions.
Build the Felt-Lined Dice Rolling Arena Tray
Line the bottom of a shallow cardboard box lid with soft felt or cloth to make a quiet, bouncy rolling arena that keeps dice on the table.
Roll, Arrange in Sequence & Tell Your Tale
Roll all 6 dice into the tray. Line up the upward faces in order (Hero -> Setting -> Problem -> Magic Tool -> Resolution) and begin: "Once upon a time..."
